Your first week, in four steps
New to QuantAISeed? This is the order things happen in. Nothing here needs a ticket; everything needs your invited account.
Accept your invite
You get an email from Quant on FinSetu. Open it, set your password and sign in as staff. Use that same account everywhere on this page.
Sign what is pending
Your offer letter and agreements arrive in My documents, with a signing link. Sign them online; nothing is printed.
Get your accounts
Your @quantaiseed.com Google Workspace account, GitHub and cloud access are set up by an admin. Missing one? Ask here.
Meet the products
Read the product overview, open finsetu.ai and rathvan.com, and create your own personal FinSetu account. You will use what you build.
Day one is about access, not output. By Friday you should be able to reach every tool on this page.
Small team, clear habits
The same principles that shape our products shape how we work together. They are the house rules, not a poster.
Two products. One platform.
FinSetu is the product our users see. Rathvan is the shared platform underneath it and everything we build next. Quant itself runs on FinSetu as a company tenant.
An AI-native finance and business platform for India: personal tax and financial health, plus a growing ERP, CRM and store suite for shops, firms and institutions.
- AI tax advisor, Form 16 and 26AS parsing, ITR auto-fill
- FinSetu Books: accounting, invoicing, expenses, payroll and HRIS
- Company tenants on their own subdomain, like quant.finsetu.ai
- StoreSetu: online shops, plus CA and expert marketplaces
- DPDP Act 2023 compliant: export, correction and erasure built in
The shared multi-tenant kernel behind FinSetu and every product after it: tenancy, entitlements, audit and AI-assisted build tooling that products adopt deliberately.
- Tenancy, entitlements and an append-only audit log
- Shared ports and adapters instead of copy-pasted infrastructure
- AI-assisted build platform and console
- Platform Hub for observability, alerting and traffic
The rules, in plain words
Short summaries of what matters most. The signed documents in your vault are the source of truth; if this page and your contract disagree, your contract wins.
Expenses and reimbursement
Claim within the month, attach the bill, pick the right category. Approved claims are paid with the next payroll run or earlier for travel.
Raise a claim →Payroll and payslips
Salary is paid monthly. Your payslip, Form 16 and tax declarations land in your document vault, where you can download them any time.
See my documents →Leave and holidays
Plan leave with your lead and record it in People. The holiday calendar and your leave balance are kept by the people admin.
Request leave →Security and access
Two-factor on every account. Secrets go in the secrets manager, never in chat or code. Production data stays in production; local databases get test data.
Report a concern →Data protection (DPDP)
We handle PAN, bank and tax documents for real people. Access only what your task needs, and never move a customer's data outside the platform tools.
How FinSetu handles data →Equipment and tools
Company accounts for Google Workspace, GitHub, AWS and Claude are issued by an admin and belong to the company. Return access when you leave.
Request a tool →Who we are, and who to ask
A small team with three directors. For almost everything, one address reaches the right person.
Leadership
Who to ask
| Topic | Where to go |
|---|---|
| Payslip, salary, Form 16 | My documents, then payroll |
| Expense approval | Expense claims shows the approver |
| Access, accounts, laptops | contact@quantaiseed.com |
| Clients, invoices, agreements | Company dashboard |
| Something is broken in FinSetu | Open an issue in the repo, or email the team |
| Anything confidential | Speak to a director directly |

I can't sign in
Use Staff sign-in with the exact email your invite was sent to. Personal sign-ups do not join the company. If the invite expired, ask an admin to re-send it from People.
A page says I don't have access
Payroll, People and GST are for finance and people admins only. If your role changed, an admin updates it in People and the page opens on your next sign-in.
The portal is slow to load
The first request after a quiet period can take a minute while the service wakes. Wait, then reload once. If it stays down, tell the team.
